Just A Swimmin'

Yesterday Me, Mom and Brother had a pool day!
 
 
I am the only one of our crew who loves to get in the pool and go for a dip. Matt & Matilda are big babies don’t like water.
 
 
Mom always puts me on her float and puts up a umbrella by the pool so my eye doesn’t get too much sun.
 
I had a injury when I was five and lost my left eye and my right eye was damaged so we has to be careful and now I has glaucoma so we has to be extra careful.
 
 
But I loves it soo much that I will climb up the steps and sit on the top step if they forgets I want to go swimming.
 
 
There is just nothing like a cool dip in the pool with the family on a hot summers day!!

    You are one BRAVE doggie - we won't even step in a puddle - we are convinced water makes you shrink :)

    OMD OMD THAT is the COOLEST POOL FLOATIE EVER.... it is Pawfect fur you to enjoy your pool time with. Did you know that you can get DOGGLES that are SUNNY GLASSES that pawtect your eyes from the Sun???

    We just went to the DOGGLES web site.... they are $19.97 per pair... and come in COOL colors and stuffs....

    OMD! What a neat floatie you have Ginger. I do not have much experience with water yet since this is my first summer so it is yet to be determined if I will like the wading pool we have.

    That looks like fun. My Dad was blinded in one eye and lost a lot of vision in the other when he was a little kid. He has to be careful too now to protect the hurt eye. I remember when he told Mom when they were dating, and was afraid she'd leave. She sent him a card that said "You're the One EYE Love". Dad - loving puns - proposed soon after.


    None of us are perfect but we are all loved.
